Characteristics
It is an aluminum sign board with a phosphorescent function. We manufacture products in sizes and patterns that meet the needs of our customers. Please contact us for details as it is a completely made-to-order product.
- This product meets ISO 22578 Classification II and JIS Z 9098 Classification II.
- Yellow green or Blue green emission
- Achieved afterglow luminance of 13 mcd/㎡ after 720 minutes (12 hours) in a weather resistance test of 2,000 hours (equivalent to 10 years).
- High weather resistance due to scratch - proof hard - processed coat and acrylic resin (PMMA).
- Uses a phosphorescent pigment with extremely excellent water resistance, which was developed for long - term outdoor use.

There were no noticeable changes in structural materials or design elements such as corrosion, unevenness, peeling, breaks, cracks, tears, chalking, distortion, large scratches, or discoloration.

The above test methods and test conditions are as follows;
- Measurement of the photoluminescence according to ISO 22578 and JIS Z 9098.
- Test method: Xenon lamp Irradiation with UV intensity 400 μW / ㎠ for 60 minutes.
- Inspection organization: Japan Paint Inspection Association.
- The phosphorescence brightness after 720 minutes is a result measured by the Japan Paint Inspection Association, and is not a guaranteed value.
